Our Support Structure is developed to allow your staff to be successful with Logan regardless of individual experience levels.  We provide to your staff:

  • Exception Desk – FAST, direct to parent and seek to make loans with comp factors work. We make exceptions on a good % of the loans we close. Ask me what types work and don’t.
  • Condo Desk-      This desk will review any condos warrantable or non-warrantable and will lets your staff know if we can finance a project.
  • Income Desk -   We will calculate the income on any bank statement loan for your firm before the loan is originated.  This is an UW quality income analysis that your staff can count on for an accurate DTI.
  • Appraisal Desk- This Desk will review any appraisal in advance to assist with any questions regarding uniqueness of a property or values.        
  • UW Training-     We can provide your UW’s and operations staff with trainings on how our programs works and on-going access to our UW trainers.
  • Sales Training-  Our Sales trainers will train your sales managers and LO’s on the products and programs and help structure loans on an ongoing basis.
  • Closing Docs-     Our closing docs are in Ellie Mae docs and we will review your first set of loan documents in advance to ensure completeness
  • Marketing-         We offer a private label marketing department on all marketing materials.
